How do fees work?

Payment depends on what your matter involves. For estate planning, the office requires 60% of your fee to be prepaid and held in trust while your plan is being drafted. That is fully earned when your plan has been drafted. The 40% balance is due when you sign your plan. For elder law and probate clients, fees are required to be prepaid and are held in trust, paying out to the office as work is completed.
